Our history goes back to the 1970’s, when Michael L. Saridis founded Electra S.A., a company focused on the import, export, wholesale and manufacturing of electrical installation materials. The company went public with its listing in the Athens Stock Exchange. Electra S.A. was sold to two major financial institutions in August 2000.
